• Resources: Downloadable reference tools, worksheets, and resources related to your webinar are instantly unlocked under the "Resources" tab of your dashboard.

Beside dashboard updates, critical access credentials and live-stream entry links are sent directly to your registered contacts:

• Confirmation Email: A transaction confirmation receipt containing webinar schedule details is dispatched to your registered email address within minutes of payment.
• Webinar Links: Virtual meeting invitations (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams links) are sent to you via email and/or WhatsApp at least **2 to 24 hours** prior to the live webinar start time.

Because delivery is digital, your receipt of the product depends on your local configuration. Please ensure you satisfy the following:

• A reliable high-speed internet connection to stream the live webinar.
• A compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with the required virtual meeting client installed.
• A valid, active email address and WhatsApp number configured during registration.

If you have purchased a webinar but did not receive your confirmation email, access links, or dashboard updates:

• Check your **Spam, Junk, or Promotions** folder in your email inbox.
• Log in to your CompoundwithHR account and verify the purchase appears under your **Orders** history.
